No, the app is free to download, browse, post ads, bid, or book and manage a shipment.

Who can post an ad?

All registered users can post ads for their shipments.

How much does it cost to publish an ad in Leadmee?

Posting ads on Leadmee is completely free.

What kind of payment method can I use?

Payment methods are agreed between the advertirser and the shipper/courier. Leadmee only acts as a mediator for the transaction.

Can I modify a posted ad?

No. Since this is a bidding system, an ad cannot be modified once posted. However, you can post a new one and relate it to a cancelled or expired ad; this way, users who showed interest or bidded on your previous ad can find the new one.

If my ad expires, how can I post it again?

When an ad expires, a field is enabled in which you can renew the dates of the same ad.

What is a Related Ad?

It is an ad that has been cancelled or has expired, and the advertiser is trying to restart the process in a new on. This way, users who showed interest or bidded on the previous ad can find the new one.

What information do I have to submit in order to post an ad?

It is recommended to be as detailed as possible on the information you submit, so the bidding process can be more accurate. If the item you are shipping has any special feature or characteristic, we recommend that you include this information in the commentary section.

Is it necessary to attach a photo when posting ads?

It is not necessary but highly recommended, so users who might transport your shipment can have an idea of what sort of item they’ll be shipping.

How should I enter my address?

Enter the full address so Google Maps can properly load the location since the ad will not disclose the entire address, but only the city/town.

Will my address be disclosed to others in the ad?

No, your address remains hidden until you accept a bid. From then, the person who won the bid will be able to check the address.

What sort of information should I fill out for my shipment?

It is the date (deadline) for the bidding to close.

Range of dates (timeframe) in which the goods/merchandise can be picked up.

Range of dates (timeframe) in which the goods/merchandise can be delivered.

What is a "Related Ad"?

When an ad has been cancelled or has expired, it cannot be posted again. However, you can create a new ad related to the previous one; this way, users who showed interest or placed a bid before, can find the new one.

What bid should I accept?

Accepting a bid is only and exclusively at the discretion of the advertiser. We suggest that you check out the “User Recommendations” section before accepting any bid.

How many bids can I make as a shipper/courier?

You can enter as many bids as you deem appropiate during the established period. Once it ends, the person who posted the ad (the advertiser) chooses a shipper/courier at their discretion, based on the criteria specified in the bid: price, delivery period, conditions…

How can I get in touch with the advertiser?

The advertiser can be reached through the online chat feature.

Do I have to pay any fee or commission to bid?

No, Leadmee does not charge any fees or commissions.

No, Leadmee does not charge any fees or commissions.

Does Leadmee manage charges for shipment?

No, Leadmee does not manage or supervise the payment. The platform only serves as a mediator in the transaction.
