The insurance policy covers all shipments registered and processed through Leadmee’s transportation platform, with a 10€ indemnity.

To claim your compensation due to non-arrival of merchandise/goods, you must provide: full name, copy of identification document or tax identification number, and proof of bank account ownership where you’d like to receive the compensation, if applicable.
